We know that our great team members are critical to our success, and our existing business development professionals are instrumental in our growth.&nbsp;We are looking for someone with prior experience in selling software systems into the discrete manufacturing sector.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities within the discrete manufacturing industry</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities</li><li>&nbsp;Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations</li><li>&nbsp;Work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets</li><li>&nbsp;Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities</li><li>&nbsp;Represent 3 HTi at industry events, conferences, and trade shows&nbsp;Key Requirements include:&nbsp;Bachelor's Degree</li><li>&nbsp;5+ years of successful business development experience, preferably within the discrete manufacturing industry</li><li>Prospecting wizardry and proactiveness is a must</li><li>Cold Calling experience and comfort track record in developing and executing strategic business plans resulting in significant revenue growth</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills combined with strong presentation skills</li><li>&nbsp;Strong team player</li><li>&nbsp;Salesforce experience is a plus</li><li>&nbsp;Experience in lead generation and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers</li><li>&nbsp;Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>&nbsp;Understanding of sales methods and strategies, such as Top Down Selling, MEDDICC, etc.</li><li>&nbsp;Self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Professional presence and credibility&nbsp;We are looking to add strong candidates that contribute to our culture and are eager to grow and develop their careers with us.
